C.I.S. Project: Registry of Unverified Representatives

Welcome to the Caucus Integrity Screening (C.I.S.) Project

With the passage of Bill 29 followed by the passage of Bill 9, which operates notwithstanding the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as well as the Alberta Bill of Rights and the Alberta Human Rights Act, the UCP government established a vital precedent for Alberta: Self-identification is a security risk. The government argued that to protect the “fairness” of our institutions, we cannot simply trust individuals to tell us who they are—we must verify their biological history with rigorous scrutiny.

If this standard is necessary for junior high athletics, it is critical for the Legislative Assembly.

Effective immediately, we are launching the C.I.S. (Caucus Integrity Screening) Project. Because we cannot visually verify the chromosomal makeup or biological history of the members listed below, we are operating under the presupposition that every member of the UCP Caucus is gender non-conforming.

Mandatory Submission to P.R.O.B.E.

To clear their status and prove they are “competing” in the correct gender category, every MLA listed in the table below must undergo the Political Representative Official Biological Examination (P.R.O.B.E.).

Until a member successfully completes the P.R.O.B.E. process, their identity is considered suspect. To achieve verification, members must provide the same invasive evidence Bill 29 facilitates demanding from Alberta’s youth:

1. Original, Unsealed Birth Certificates: To prove their sex assigned at birth matches their current presentation in the Legislature.
2. Hormonal & Medical History Audit: To confirm that no gender-affirming care has been accessed to gain an “unfair advantage” in their constituency.
3. Physical Verification: As implied by the government’s focus on “biological reality,” a member’s word is no longer sufficient.

As of November 19, 2025, zero members have voluntarily submitted to the P.R.O.B.E. protocol. The public is advised to view the gender presentation of the individuals below as "Unverified" and potentially deceptive under the standards of Bill 29.*
